I need Help Getting Abs

So I understand abs start in the kitchen and I have been working on it and continue. I'm am getting to the point where I can see a 4 pack but my goal is to have fully defined abs. Does anyone have routines, video or app that helped you get the abs. I do understand BF% is a large factor and do not believe in 30 day abs or 5 min abs. Looking to work hard for the results I want. Currently a little under 15% bf and working to get closer to 10%.

David, make better light, train better pose and you will see what you want to esp after you wake up. Dont rely on prof photos you see everywhere. You are on gpod way to get bigger and better deffined abs but the problem remains and since you know lot about BF you know how hard is for most of us stay under 10% whole year. Continue in overall development and you will be satisfied.3

Also, check out James Smith's videos, specifically the one on why you don't want abs (honestly, a really good watch) and his one about Instagram influencers/models.

I disagree maybe only in one thing... Abs are regular muscles and for most people bigger means more visible/pushed out so it makes sense to make excercise and as much as possible weightened with maximal range of motion. I am sure I am above 10% bf now and individual abs are visible... for most of the day😂
When I was younger(10 years before before I ended with strengtj training) I never saw my abs even by 9-10% bf and additional 5-6kg of muscle mass compared to today. Only thing that changed significantly is focus on abs and legs.0
