    I've been on MFP for a while, but unfortunately a lot of my friends have fallen off the wagon so to speak and I need people in my corner who will help keep me motivated. I'm 98lbs down and about 60 to go! I don't want to give up now! :happy:

    hi, add me too! 5'2" I started at 169 and the end of my first week on mfp I lost 2.5 # It has really help me figure out how much I should be eating. I had been so depessed lately and this morning I stepped n the scale and thought wow! I could use some new friends and willing to help others .

    I've just joined, obviously.
    I was on another site, but was a bit meh, and i can get the app for this one on my phone yay!
    anyway.. I'm 23, female, live in England - yes it is raining right now. I've lost 10% of my weight since 2009 and I've got a long way to go! I need some help, motivation, tips and advice, so feel free to add me :oD. I need a boot up my bum.

    I'm looking for friends who are interested in not only losing weight but adding muscle, the healthy way (diet and exercise). Sorry if that sounds so particular but I've been a fad yo-yo dieter (you name it, I have likely tried it) for a long time and it did nothing for me but get me fatter in the end. I've lost 40 lbs and have another 40-45 to go (and will reassess then). I'm doing 30 Day Shred and walking/jogging right now for my training (completed week 7, day 2 of C25K and had to put it on the back burner once I started the Shred...can't run with my muscles so tight!).
