I am going to join my first challenge thread. The last six months hasn't been too good to me. As late as last May I was down to 190lbs. However poor habits have got me back to 255lbs right now. This of course isn't the first time this happened. I took about 18 months to get from 265lbs down to that 190lbs. Now I have to start all over again.

Bummer - first week in May was a gain rather than a loss :-(
I joined an Apple Watch Challenge and was definitely increasing calories burned (based on watch accounting), so gain is a bit of a surprise, but sometimes see these up/downs over a couple of days after heavy exercise periods. Hope it is partly gain in muscle :-) !!!
