Hi guys. Can any one suggest some low calories meals please

    I like to eat 6 to 8 ounces of protein (chicken, beef, fish etc), and 4 ounces of carbs (broccoli, sweet potato, salad) per meal. For the most part this is pretty low calories and provides a simple formula if you aren’t doing a specific diet. Hope that helps.
