Day 1:
Drink a gallon of water and make kitosis
Meal 1: protein shake in water (Awakening)
Meal 2: egg whites with vegetables and / or protein
Meal 3: protein (chicken, or beef pesacado). With vegetables
Meal 4: same as meal 2
Meal 5: Same as MEAL 3
MEAL 6: Same as MEAL 1 (Before going to sleep)
DAY # 2

Meal # 5: chicken or salmon or tuna fish ... with your greens .. and salad.
Meal # 6: egg whites or protein shake

DRINK 1 / 2 GALLON WATER
Meal # 1: Oatmeal Smoothie
Meal # 2: Choose a protein from egg whites or tofu or chicken and combine with one of these carb pita bread or 1 1 / 2 cup oatmeal (in distilled water) or 22-grain bread, sweet potato, or a small potato ¾ cup brown rice
Meal # 3: Choose a protein from fish or chicken breast or turkey breast seasoned with adobe that has no sodium. accompanied by a cup of green vegetables.
Meal # 4: Choose a protein from egg whites or tofu or chicken
Meal # 5: Choose a protein from salmon, chicken breast, tilapia, turkey breast or tofu seasoned with adobe that has no sodium DASH.

Kitosis wich means:It consists of 3 days of eating every 3 hours only proteins such as: eat egg whites, tuna in water, chicken breast, fish fillet, grilled meats, tofu and vegetables (CAN NOT EAT CARBS rice, bread, potatoes, pasta , bread, pitas, corn). This is done by taking 3 liters of water daily.
IMPORTANT! this is only done for 3 days to make the shock to the body, but then must return to the regular diet always avoiding, of course, sodium intake and sugar ...0 -

I'd never be able to do this DIET... I hate dieting and being told what to eat and when.
I'll let my body do that for me :happy: Right now it's adjusting to know when I'm hungry and since June 2011 I'm doing great!0 -
I did not say you have done it....Whoever wants to make it there this While I believe that losing weight can not let the body is the one who asks us food, we must feed and should be the rigth way ... thanks for your opinion0
