I lost a pound and for some reason that made my calories go up by 130..any reason why?

I'm hoping a glitch because I'm trying to lose 20lbs and don't want anything being messed up.1 -
If all you're aiming for is 20 lbs, I wouldn't worry about making adjustments to your calorie goal. I would just ignore the glitch and stick with your original goal.0
