Here I go again

I’m a serial starter. I lost 20lbs back in 2017 just by counting calories and of course exercising. I’m looking for new friends for support through this new lifestyle. I need to get healthier.
Also does anyone have suggestions on boosting energy? I’m work full time and go to school and I’m always exhausted.

    My advice for boosting energy is to focus on getting quality sleep. It sounds like you're pretty busy, so I know it can be tough, but prioritize your sleep. Turn off the devices, adjust the temperature to around 65-68, make the room super dark and so-on. Sleep is important.
