HIIT me with you best advice, Yo!

Any advice on when and what to eat, pre HIIT work out so I'm not starving pre/post work out but not hurling mid burpee?

    I'm no help. I don't eat anything pre-workout so Burpees don't become Vurpees. :smirk: I'm generally not concerned with whether I "feel" like I'm starving or not; I perform the same whichever is the case. I do care if I'm hydrated with electrolytes well enough though. Perhaps, pre-workout eaters can chime in.

    I dont do HIIT, like... ever, but before lifting and any cardio I normally eat something carb heavy and easily digestible like toast, oats, or a banana. I try not to eat too much fat in my pre workout snack as it leaves me feeling uncomfortably full during my workout.

    Not sure about HIIT specific advice but dates always work a treat for me pre-workout.

    I get in 2 or 3 a day - I go for medjool dates specifically which are a little larger than other types of dates (and taste the best imo).
