What should my active goal be on my iwatch, I can’t seem to figure it out? I want to loose weight. I go to gym 4-5 days a week and I try to have 30 min walks everyday I have put my goal at 1200, I reach it on my gym days I don’t on others... I am F, 5’9, 225 lb... what should my active goal be? I am aiming to loose 2 lb a week.

A good strategy is to look at what you are achieving on your non-gym days, and average that. If it's like 500, set your goal at 600 & aim to hit that on your non-gym days. The purpose of that function really is to encourage you to increase your daily activity whether you are "working out" or not. The other metric is the 30 minutes of exercise. You're clearly hitting that on gym days - aim to hit 30 minutes on non-gym days. As you may have noticed, 30 minutes of "activity" doesn't necessarily equal 30 minutes of "exercise."0
