As long as I can remember anytime I walk for more than 20 minutes both of my legs start to itch. It is not like a little scratch it is more like I would rather rip my skin off then feel it any longer. :noway: Has anyone else delt with this? Is there anyway to avoid it? Thank you for any help you can give me!!

If it's from your legs rubbing together, you should try some Body Glide.
If it's from sweating, wear sweat-wicking pants.
  • The problem is that I do not think it is from either. I know it is not sweat and I even itch down my calves which do not touch. But at this point I will try both to see what helps!! Thank you for the advice!

It's probably something that's touching your legs. That could be your pants. Even small amounts of moisture can activate chemicals in your laundry detergent that make you sweat.

It could even be your leg hair rubbing against the fabric. Or in the wind. No, maybe that's just me. Don't worry. It's blonde.
  • Its from blood going through your legs...its a tingle but feels like a itch!

It might be caused form the increase blood flow. I get something similar, but only when it's really cold. Mine will get so bad I get hives. Benedryl helps with the itching, but it knocks me right out. Maybe you could try working up to longer times. Start with 15 min twice a day then go to 17 then 19 and see if that helps. It could be your just not use to it.
  • That makes perfect sense! I will try it! Thanks for the advice!!
