Hi there, my name is Rose and I started my weight loss journey last May. I managed to lose weight with just change of diet, lost about 30kg by Christmas... But ever since, my cravings for anything unhealthy is more than ever.. And I'm not really gaining much weight (I think I gained about 1/2/3 kg maybe) but not losing it either.. I'm determined to lose weight now, I'm around 75kg now and want to be somewhere around 68? I'm not really one to go to the gym, but would like to change that one day

Losing 30kg is a result, perhaps join a running / cycling club may help for those final few kgs0

welcome and congrats on your success so far.
as you get closer to goal you need to be more diligent about tracking. I`d recommend putting your stats in MFP and selecting a rate of loss of 0.5lb/week (I think that is 0.25kg/week). aim to eat that amount of average daily. PLUS exercise calories if you exercise.
get a food scale, weight your food and log
