Hi All

Just discovered the SKYR Icelandic Yogurt which has 81cals per pot, 14g protein, 5.7g Carbs and 5.3g Sugar (incase anyway was interested) and its really nice! Its nice and thick.

Just thought I'd share.

    Yup, Skyr has been part of my go-to breakfast for about three years now. It saddens me that there are still people who aren't aware of it.

    I normally go for the Total Fage yogurts but spotted the Skyr one in my local sainsburys and was suprised at the protein intake too!
