I drink extend BCAA’s while I workout (cardio mostly) , without it I get bad cramps. Does anyone know if this is healthy or know of a better alternative? Thank you.

It's totally fine! I drink them too. Check out this article about BCAAs: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/benefits-of-bcaa#section7
Typically you can get BCAAs from your daily diet but I like you and many others find that supplementing during your workout help with fatigue and muscle soreness. I'm more sore without this!1 -
It's personal preference. BCAAs have not been found to have large effects on exercise and fatigue, but they shouldn't harm you unless you personally have some allergy or intolerance to the drink's ingredients. If you like what you're drinking and it fits your goals, then there's no reason not to drink it. https://examine.com/supplements/branched-chain-amino-acids/
Your cramps may be due to dehydration or electrolyte imbalance rather than not having the BCAAs. In that case, it would be just the water and/or electrolytes in your drink and not the BCAAs that are helping. If you want to find out, you can try plain water, sports drink, or water with an electrolyte tablet such as Nuun.3 -
I think the final verdict on BCAAs may still be a matter of personal ideology, but I use Scivation Xtend and love it. Best one I've tried, fruit punch addict.1
