Are you having more success with macros than just calorie counting? Does regular good old cico work? I seem to be so sluggish with my weight loss and read that for this body type it is about the macros.

    has anything in routine changed (food/
    exercise?)
    what exactly do you mean by sluggish? how much have you lost in say the last 2-3 weeks?
    My weight loss has been way more sluggish than usual.

    Can you be more specific? How long have you been losing weight? How much have you lost? When did it start slowing down? Are you using a food scale to log your food with MFP? Can you make your diary public so we can see if there are any logging errors that stand out?
