Rejoining

Hi. I've been working on losing weight and getting into better condition. Since May 2018, I've dropped over 25 pounds but have reached a roadblock.
Looking for a bit of friendly support and decided it's time to track everything I consume daily and keep track of my physical activity. (Generally way too infrequent to be beneficial)
I have recently started physical therapy to try to manage pain from a variety of diagnosed conditions.

    Hello! Good luck. I am rejoining as well. Feel free to add me. Great work on the 25 pounds. I need to stop losing and regaining. I also have health problems I need to address.
