Hi everyone! I’m back on MFP to track my macros. I updated my macro percentages and want to stay accountable 😊

    I am not doing keto. Although my body does feel better with less carbs. I found my macros by finding my BMR and then my activity level. That new calorie output -500 cals a day to lose 1 lb a week :) I try to stick with 1 gram protein/pound body weight and then play with carbs and fats from there. Down 2.8 pounds so far!

    Lose some body fat, try to maintain lean muscle and feel healthier and happier :)
