I have been tracking my water, food, and exercise for 4 days now. Just looking for motivation and to help motivate others :)

    It works. Sometimes it's no fun, but it works. It is anti-impulsive, anti-easygoing, anti-playful, but it works. As a grown-assed man my body deserves thoughtful care, this MFP stuff works. You are taking care of yourself. @happylifefisher

    I think the simple task of tracking food is a great motivator in itself. I’m getting obsessed lol
