10 day sugar detox!

Join me in a 10 day sugar detox to break that sugar addiction! Then, throughout the month of June, I'm going to work to significantly lower my daily sugar intake. For now, the rules are simple: no added sugar in anything, at all. That means no cereal, donuts, fruit yoghurt, granola bars, etc. Pure fruit is allowed, but try to moderate it so that you don't get addicted to the sugars in fruit instead.
