Hi, my name is Janet. This is my 6,543rd time to try & lose the weight (about 70 lbs). I would like to hear about things that do & don’t work for you.

Things that work for me: accurate logging (and actually sticking to my calorie goal), resistance training (I like the way I look better when I am including it in my routine), limiting the window of time I eat food in
Things that don't work for me: lots and lots of cardio (makes me super hungry), elimination diets, eating small meals throughout the day

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
