Macros don't matter; it's about the calorie deficit. Eat what foods you like within your calorie budget. I've dropped 108lbs over 2.5 years that way.8

Eat enough protein and fat. The sugar and carbs numbers do not matter as much one way or another.1

Macros are important for health and satiety, but are not relevant to weight loss.
There is no safe diet plan that will shed a substantial amount of fat in two weeks. In the first few weeks of a calorie deficit, most people lose a fairly large amount of water. Fat loss happens more slowly. Weight loss also does not happen at a consistent pace; you will not see the scale go down every day (or even every week).
A reasonable pace of weight loss depends on how much you are trying to lose. If you're targeting about 20 lb or less, set MFP for 0.5 lb/week; otherwise, set it for 1 lb/week. If you have about 75 lb or more to lose, you can choose a 2 lb/week pace.
Unless your doctor has told you that you must lose weight quickly, you need to eat at a reasonable deficit and be patient.5 -

Your scale weight can fluctuate up even when you are losing fat weight. You should read this.
