    Hello! I'm 10 days into MFP and about a month into my fitness journey. I've already become able to run a mile, lost 10 lbs and quit smoking. Losing more than those 10 lbs has become a challenge but I'm not giving up. I just moved to Florida and now I have no excuse not to be outside playing.

    Hello people, I am not really new but I stopped using the app at some point, and started again, I'm doing teh KETO diet and it has given me results, I'm down 14 lbs in just 3 weeks, little exercise and lots of food. I would recommend it to anyone! Cheers people and keep it up......
