I know you have been around MFP long enough to know the basics, so understand your frustration.
The first thing I would do is check that my calorie goal is updated to suit my 150lbs weight and not still giving me a deficit in line with my starting 185 lbs.
I would revisit my calorie burn through exercise for the same reason- the less I weigh the less calories my body needs to sustain itself so there is a natural drop in BMR, NEAT, and TDEE.
Once those are taken care of I would revisit my diary. Those every day things that we take for granted may not be the correct entry, just the first we found when we started and have kept using them.
I had a few of those that I really had to go into the USDA and revise.
I was also really bad with weighing my morning fruit, my mandarin and banana were generic as was my coffee with cream and sugar.
Just going in and tightening up, weighing things I took for granted, once I was down to the last few lbs made a big difference.
I know that, above, is the basics, but sometimes that is all it takes.
