Hey everyone! I’ve noticed my friend list is very small on here, so it’s time to change that! I’ve lost 10 lbs, but I feel like I’ve GAINED belly fat! I’ve been told fat weighs less than muscle, so I think my muscle has literally vanished since I stopped going to the gym in February. But I somehow lost 10 lbs!?? Crazy.. I can’t figure out my body and I’m trying healthy alternatives for everything. Just need friends on here who share the same experiences and frustrations. Let’s figure this out together!!!
