Ab coaster?

my hubby bought me an ab coaster at a yard sale. Does anyone know of the thing actually works ?

  we have one at my gym. I think it's cool lol :P idk what you mean by "work" lol.. it works your abs, but I don't know if you're going to see crazy results from it lol

  I had to google it to know what it was... but can look like an intense workout if used properly. Kinda reminds me of V-outs. http://gymnasticswod.com/content/v-out Looks simple right? Now go try it!
