CARBS UNDER 20 A DAY. AND I HAVE AN EATING WINDOW OF 7AM-3PM. SOUNDS INSANE BUT I HAVE THE SAME 3 MEALS A DAY EVERYONE ELSE DOES I PROMISE AFTER 2 DAYS YOU DONT EVEN NOTICE AND YOU LOSE THE WEIGHT QUICKER. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
