Im 21, 6ft 2 and I’m nearly 16 stone and am looking to lose at least 3 preferably 4 stone to get back to a weight I’d be comfortable with. Any tips or know how on the best things to be doing or quickest ways to do so. Thanks

    The "quickest" way, IMO, is to find a way of healthy eating and exercise that you can sustain forever. There may be faster ways to lose the weight, but often there is a boomerang effect that leads to gaining the pounds back. So ... think lifestyle change, log daily, take the time to figure out what works best for YOU. Best wishes for a successful change.
