I don’t understand, which comes first? Right now I have both of them! I don’t know which one to eliminate first!

As said in your previous threads, talk to your doctor. h.10

You have posted about this before and there is someone with a very similar story which I have posted below.
Constipation and bloating are mostly due health issues and/or the food we eat/don't eat. As been said many times, and I doubt you are going to get a different answer here...go see your doctor regarding the issues, be honest about your diet and quantity of food you consume so as they get a complete picture.

As you've been told before, if you want to poop, you need to eat. You're undereating, and not giving your body enough fat or calories to do anything with.5

You need to eat more and see a doctor.5

We don’t live in the same country!!!
How is the fact that you live in different countries even relevant here? You have doctors where you live. Make an appointment with one of them so that this issue can be properly addressed.9 -

Doesn't change what needs to be done.
At the very least, talk to someone you trust about how you can't seem to eat enough and you've been constipated for weeks.2 -
Time solves all riddles unless you have a serious medical condition.2
-
I think drinking a lot of water will aid in both situations to some extent. I'd start there!2

Unfortunately, OP's first post about constipation was in April (at least), she said she routinely used laxatives, and when her diary was open she was barely eating 1,000 cals and very low fat, so time and water will probably not help. Not a criticism BTW, just filling in backstory for those who might have missed previous posts12

ooooh, ok , ya you're right. Thanks for the background!1

Mmm, I’m in Canada too, west coast. Here we have doctors offices, walk in clinics, and 2 hospitals.
The hospitals are both 2 bus rides away and take 45 min & 1hr 20-30. Cost around $5 for a day pass on the bus.
Doctors offices or clinics. The nearest is a 30 min walk, and I can get to quite a number within an hour walk, including ones that are open late and weekends.
You need help, please get it.
This isn’t just about eating too little, constipation, bloating, and over using laxatives; it is about your relationship with food, and how you are harming yourself.
Cheers, h.
If you happen to be a Canadian in Asia, they have good medical care there too.9 -

@mirrormirror77 there can be many causes and solutions I expect. Below is a doctor that I read from time to time.
