30 Day Shred Question

Hi there!
I was thinking about getting Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, do you need any extra equipment? Weights/bands/etc...I've been on amazon and her site and couldn't find any info either way.

    Just hand weights. I use 3 lbs ones, but you could do 5 lbs or possibly 10 lbs.

    Just hand weights. Those can be some good workouts especially if you push it and use the heavier weights.

    hand weights, a yoga mat if you aren't on a soft surface already (I have hardwood), and that's it! :)

    I couldn't find my hand weights when I first started the Shred and used 1 pound veggie cans!

    Hand weights and a mat if you are on a hard surface cuz you get on the floor alot! I started with two pound weight and then moved up to three pounds....do what works for you:bigsmile:

    No.... you don't need anything but handweights. You don't even need those if you are just a beginner. You will love the workout.
