20 lbs Anybody?

Hi all. I'm looking to shed close to 20 lbs and I would love to find others in a similar spot. Feel free to add me as a friend! I posted starting pics and weight on my profile in hopes that it'll help hold me accountable. I'd love to hear any tips or strategies that have worked for you!

    I've lost 15 lbs and have another 20 lbs to go. If I track calories, I stay on track. So just gotta stay accountable to myself.

    Kinda in the same boat here...i want to see the 140s again (goal weight 149, but only because i seem to always get to 152 and get stuck and then give up and slowly go back up when i stop tracking) ...I'm at 161 right now.

    I've lost 80lbs so far and have 20lbs to go with open and complete food/exercise diary. Extra friends would be appreciated since most of mine have fallen away, so add me if you like.

    Has anybody here tried low carbs? If so, pros and cons? How long did you stick to it? How did you set the carb limits?
