The most important question, were the calories in that chocolate worth it?
Well the 40 minute jog paid off

And we all know that exercise calories taste better!

You could help yourself, but you replaced it and no one was ticked off, so as long as it fits your daily calorie goal, I hope you enjoyed it. I love those things, but they're forbidden to me since I've had to watch my sugar intake for a medical condition. I have to eat the mini eggs and then work out to burn off the sugar. :'(

I'm sure your sis wouldn't mind. Do you love her enough to give her your last rolo though? Ha ha! I get the feeling this thread is being taken a bit too seriously. Whats wrong with having the odd treat, even if it was your sisters. Share and share alike hey.

It's interesting to see how different family dynamics are on an issue like this one.

In our family, if any of us bring home a treat, it belongs to them. And if they haven't offered to share, it's courteous to ask and not just assume you can have some, especially if you doing so means you've polished it off. ;)

There are occasional treats (like a box of donuts) that are purchased with the intent of sharing. But if my daughter or husband brought home a chocolate bar, for example, I would never have some without asking them first. And neither would they. :)

    1. Forgive yourself
    2. Log it
    3. Buy another one for your sister--AND beg for leniency!!
    4. Move on!!

Yh just borrowed it I’ll get her another one😂

Get two or more so you do not have to "borrow" next time. :)

I eat a ton of Baker's brand chocolate daily but it contains no added sweeteners.

Thank you for your guidance  Chill enough for ya? And yes it does bug me when people eat my food and treats willy-nilly. I treat myself very rarely these days with food, so yeah I'd be a little miffed that something I'd saved was snapped up by someone else. And I hate the "I couldn't help myself" excuse *shrug*

He never said he "couldn't help himself." You were the one who said that.

    Uhhh... the title?
