HEAVIEST weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Total Weight lost: 30 pounds
Time it took to lose: ~6 months
How long in maintenance: Since July 2018 -- but with some fluctuation outside of goal range.
Maintenance weight range: 142 - 148 (and not sure that's the right answer)

Average weight recorded from 2017 (12 months): 163.8
Average weight recorded from 2018 (12 months): 150.7

Average weight recorded from January: 148.4
Average weight recorded from February: 146.3
Average weight recorded from March: 143.2
Average weight recorded from April: 143.0

    Average weight Week of...
    April 28-May 5: 144.0
    May 6-12: 142.5
    May 13-19: 143.7
    May 20-26: 145.1
    May 31: 144.7

Success of the week: I was pleasantly surprised to see my ten-day average was actually lower than the last weekly check in because I am gaining. The gain is temporary, and I haven't been outside my maintenance range yet. Aside from the past couple weeks my 10-day mean and weighted rolling average weight had stayed within a half pound of my goal since early March.

Struggle of the week: I don't like being so close to the top of my maintenance range. I also don't like the slope of my trending weight or being 1.5 pounds over my goal.

Thanks to @sharondesfor935 and @mph323 for your comments about tracking macros. I mainly use MFP on my laptop so tracking grams is easier than %’s. I too have fibre at 30g as per current recommendations, and protein at a minimum of 70g. I eat very little meat when I’m at home but I would find it difficult to hit the calcium requirement without milk products – cheese and yogurt especially also help with the protein goal. I cook almost all my food from scratch when I’m at home (except breakfast cereal) and I don’t have issues with blood pressure (it’s a bit low actually) or cholesterol, so I don’t worry about fats and sugar as I know what I’m putting in my food.
When I’m eating out I just try to make sensible choices and watch the portion sizes but I have yet to master the art of leaving some on the plate. I haven’t yet tried @MadisonMolly2017 's salt shaker move!

    Total weight lost: 75.3 lbs🐢
Time it took to lose: 3-1/3 years
How long (officially) in maintenance: 6 weeks (since 4/25/19)
Maintenance weight range: < 153, scream wt: 155

    Starting wt: 228.3 Jan 2016
Avg wt recorded from 2017: 202.6
Avg wt recorded from 2018: 168.4

    Avg wt recorded from January:153
Avg wt recorded from February: 152
Avg wt recorded from March: 154
    April 25: Began maintenance 153
Avg wt recorded from April: 153
Avg wt recorded from May: 154

    Week of...
    May 19 Avg 154.3 Trend: 154.18🐢
    May 26 Avg 153.9 Trend: 154.15🐢
    May 31 Avg: 154.27 Trend: 154.69😳
    June 7 Avg 154.56 Trend: 154.65

Average in 2019 so far: 153.43
    <153? No

Successes: Tracking all, getting more sleep by changing habits slowly, wt lifting 6/7 days, feeling leaner & stronger, cut sodium back, things are good.

Challenges: working to figure out what I should be eating with vastly increased weight training & Ex bike versus 10-11K steps a day.

Wt is up .6lb in 159 days, clothes fit, but I’m above 153. Figuring muscle gain is worth it. Cautiously watching the whole constellation.

Things I need to improve in June:
Continue to make baby changes to get more sleep

I hope you all have a great week’

    💕

Success of the week: I didn't gain as much as each of the past few weeks. My scale weight or average weight have not been out of my maintenance range since March.

Struggle of the week: It looks like I'm still going the wrong direction. At least I'm only two pounds over my goal.
