Follow up- “what am I doing wrong?”

Thank you all so much for responding to my post last week. Multiple people said to weight/measure my food and boy were you right!! I was “eyeballing” everything and I was WRONG! I bought a digital scale and new measuring cups and I shrank in disbelief at what I thought was a cup!! Yikes! Anyway, this week I have been super diligent and am down 1/2 kg to 64.5 my goal is around 62 so I really need to be careful with calorie intake. Thank you so much for your suggestions!! Still not where I was last summer but going in the right direction!

    It's amazing how much difference a food scale can make. Well done and good luck going forwards

    It’s amazing (in a sad way) how little 4 oz of meat or a cup of rice really amounts to!!!

    It sucks doesn't it! Fortunately, I've found instances where it is the opposite, where I get to have more than I thought. 1oz of shredded cheese is more than I thought, and butter honestly isn't as much of a calorie-killer as I thought in the amounts I use.
