Wow, what a loss. Of course it certainly IS real, but why is the question. I love to see the scale moving around, as I know it's part of the process and WILL settle lower if I'm not cheating;). I'm interested to see what happens this week! Great job... Hugs to you:)1 -

Those disappointing times are rough (I've had, and continue to have, plenty), AND you're still going. So not a goose egg from my perspective. Way to stick with it!!2 -

This is my 2nd round of this challenge. I was close to my goal but did not meet it. I worked on a Level 5 - 25 pounds for the last challenge and lost a total of 23.8lbs. I love the challenges because they hold me accountable and make me aware of my choices when want to eat and snack. My weigh-in day is a Friday but joining on the first.

Exercise at least 5 days a week or a minimum of 210 exercise minutes: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Not bad at all for exercise ✅
Meet or stay under calorie goals at least 6 days a week (including eating back exercise calories burned). We ate out on Saturday and Sunday, and I had some cookies last night at the theater. 🚫
May Goals:
Reduce alcohol consumption to a maximum of 2 drinks per week (2 pints, or 2 glasses of wine for example) Definitely not. We had friends visit on Saturday and Sunday. I had about 5 drinks from Saturday - Thursday. 🚫
This week was not my best in terms of food and drink, so I am happy to see that I lost weight compared to last week. I’m hoping June will be a good month to continue in the downward trend.

I feel like I'm making excuses for myself, but I'm learning to trust the process. Lol. I KNOW there's nothing I could have done to have gained actual weight during this. I'm getting to know my body though, and if there's one thing I've learned since I started this, its that I usually have a fairly slow decline, then my weight will jump back up, and then drop dramatically and repeat. Fingers crossed the scale reflects my hard work soon. I've been running my tail off and have been fairly consistent with my calories so it should.
I guess if it doesn't, I'll just have to try harder!
This is me too. I think it's normal to have some ups and downs during the process. Keep at it! ☺2 -

Darn bronchitis is still with me. 😞 I got a couple good workouts in last week, but just couldn't push myself to do more. 😬 So my numbers didn't change much, but I'm still headed in the right direction.

Not gone back to start I was before my period so a bit disappointed. But I have increased my exercise and my muscles are sore so I'm hoping it's a little water retention as my eating has been pretty good. Staying between 1200 and 1600 cals.2 -
