What's the one thing you have refused to give up?

For me it's my morning cup of coffee!!! I drink the international coffees from maxwell house!! They are sooooooo good and I add a little flavored creamer in it to make it that much better. I count the calories for the coffee, but I don't count the creamer!
So what's your weakness?

My weakness is my coke. I can't give it up, I hooked. Although I have cut back to only 3 glasses and increased my water to 10 - 12 cups. I figure it's not too bad.

I have refused to approach anything as an absolute. I have I have the calories left, I will eat just about anything.0
-
my coffee with flavored creamer i dont even count it0

Living. I still enjoy holidays and cake on birthdays, beer at the cottage and mini donuts at the fair. I've just learned to compensate with a higher activity level and reduce portion sizes. But I simply REFUSE to put my life on hold and give up making memories with my family and enjoying all that life has to offer.0

2 things: Coffee and alcohol!0

My morning coffee with creamer. I have reduced it to one cup only and I do log in the calories (70).0
-
Real pizza. I make my own and it's good but it's not a big NY slice with pepperoni and sausage0

I refuse to give up anything. I aim for healthier choices and moderation, but if I want it I work it in. This is my life, not a short term diet. I don't know how long I'll be on this earth and I won't spend it feeling deprived. Enjoy every day and every meal, just be conscious of your choices.0

Donuts! I have my 3 frosted and sprinkled donuts every Friday0

Same here. If I tell myself something isn't allowed then I'm just going to crave it until I get it!
I've done that too often in the past (chocolate, cheese etc) and it's just setting myself up to "fail". I would rather have whatever I want, in moderation, and add it to my food diary.0 -
Coffee - but I drink it black, no creamer OR sweetener so no biggie there calorie-wise; the one thing that is harder for me to give up/control is PASTA !! I love Italian food and continue to try to find ways to enjoy it without blowing my overall calorie intake0

This is my approach. I have tried cutting loads of things out, but I end up craving them more than anything else(especially chocolate, im a complete chocoholic) So now if I am craving it I will eat a little piece to keep within my calories.0 -
Coffee and my sugar free creamer. You may want to count the creamer. Depending on how much you put in, it can add up quickly. 2 cups of coffee with 2.5Tbsp each is 155 calories. Just sayin.0

I haven't given up anything, I stay within my calorie goal. Everything in moderation, right?0

Chocolate!
Of course!
But really, I don't feel that I've had to completely "give up" anything. I just have to plan for those high-cal foods/drinks a little better.0 -
I try to eat good all day and if I have calories left then I have a soda or something. I try not to absolutely give anything up, but tell myself if I want it it has to wait untill the evening when I see what my calorie budget is. or, at least Itry (being a pig lately).
But if I had to say, Coffe with the international creamers is one thing I would never cut out. and mountain dew. my blood is green I sware.0 -
peanut m&m's. i used to eat a couple of bags a week. but mind over matter, no i buy a large bag, and when i want some, i measure out a quarter of a cup of them, and mix them with almonds and craisins.0
-
I can't give up my iced coffee. I make it myself so I know exactly what is going into it and track it everyday.0

I refuse to give up anything!! this is a lifestyle change and Im not gonna give up things I love or I would be miserable. I only eat something "bad' if I have calories left for it and make sure to do so a few times each week.0
-
There are things I have infrequently now (garlic bread, wine, pizza) that I used to have a few times per week. So I have cut back.
I have actually managed to give up something I thought I would never ever want / be able to give up - smoking!!!0 -
Agree with all thos wheo won't give up anything. I just exercise more to eat what I want...0

Reese cups are my weakness. Gotta have em!
In moderation of course.0 -
So far I haven't given anything up! I don't really plan to either. Saying I'm giving something up means that I am depriving myself of it, and that could lead to bigger temptations and frustrations and could lead me to indulge too much. Instead I approach things in a more healthy manner and if there is something I'm craving I'll have some of it, as long as I stay within my calories for the day.0

Yep, me too.
The one thing I have never logged or given up is my tea (I'm not a coffee drinker) -- made so dark you can't see through it, and with a little raw sugar. So there.0 -
Sodium / salt. I try to keep it down, but that is the best I can do.0
