how is it possible to not feel happy after a workout?
i worked up a sweat, did it for a considerable amount of time, dont feel tight or happy like i usually do, feel flabby and bloated looking.

I will feel this way sometimes. Probably just having a bad excercise day and need to either take a day off or eat a little more food.0

I know what you mean, that happens to me sometimes. Perhaps it is something else going on in your life that is not allowing you to be happy about your accomplishments. I find that I need to go into my workouts with a good attitude and know that I am putting forth my best effort possible at the time and try to block everything else out. Don't get discouraged, one bad workout (or attitude after a workout) doesn't need to defeat you. Use it as a motivator to do even better the next time, it can give you something to overcome and push harder.0

Did you push yourself as hard as you usually do?
If yes, i dunno
If no, maybe that could be why? Although I am no expert...0 -
More water might help too, but I agree, sometimes it's just like that unfortunately0

We all have them now and again.
I'm really unhappy today as I couldn't exercise yesterday or today (back injury from overdoing teh rowing), so properly miserable (
Supposed to be rock climbing tomorrow as well (0 -
Are you PMSing? I get that way when I am sometimes. Or it could just be you're having a "fat" day. Sometimes I'll have a day where even though I've lost weight, I still feel really fat and generally blah. Could also depend on what you had to eat yesterday. For instance, yesterday, I felt crappy even though I worked out and ate right, but I had McDonald's for dinner as a cheat meal the day before.0

yeah i did.. but im thinking i may need to push myself even FURTHER. i mean its a good indication that my body is getting fit and used to this exercise but i like the exhausted satisfying feel i usually get...0 -

Ohokay! Yeah maybe start pushing yourself harder and further and see where it gets you!0 -
You're just "in a mood". You will feel better tomorrow.0
