Just in the nick of time, I hit -90 pounds! It's taken me 17 months. I am so excited! I plan on gaining 10 pounds on the cruise, then losing that and another 20 lbs when I get back! 🤣🤣🤣

You don't have to plan to gain weight on your cruise! I actually lost on mine!
I used stairs and made trips to the gym and loved to walk on the promenade deck as the sun was setting!
Some food was good and worth eating some really NOT! I buffet shopped to see what was worth sampling cause not everything was!11 -
Good job! Workout on the ship! They have a great gym and walk the decks to get some extra calorie burning in to help offset the eating!

Congratulations, enjoy your cruise!0

Please reconsider “gaining “ on your cruise. You have done so well to get where you are. Maybe think about it as maintenance and that gives you more calories to treat yourself without resetting your thought process that helped you get to your goal.5

What a fantastic feeling, way to go!!0

wonderful job.. but I disagree with a plan to gain 10 pounds. Don't do that to yourself.. have fun.. eat ..but you should not gain ten pounds unless your gone for many weeks or plan on binging . (they should have a gym on the boat).2

I just came back from an 8 day holiday and didn’t gain any weight (well maybe 1/5th of a pound!). Maybe gain 1 lb but that’s it. Don’t set yourself up for bad food habits by thinking it’s okay to gain 10lbs. How will you maintain your weight? You need to be more sustainable and build habits for long term success and deliberately gaining 10lbs of fat is not one. Congratulations on the weight loss by the way!3

People approach vacations differently. Some people prefer not to go off of their food plan, but some people choose not to worry about weight and what they are eating, and either way is okay.9 -
I'm back and the scale is up 18 pounds!! Not going to lie, I was shocked. I definitely indulged and did not count, but I didn't binge or eat crazy amounts. I did, however, drink 6 to 8 drinks a day! I got back last night and used today to drink tons of water and get back on track. I already am down 4 of those pounds so I'm sure it's mostly water weight. My pants still fit, my ring is still loose. I had a fantastic time.
This is sustainable for me. I go on 1 vacation a year and plan to throw my diet to the wind during that week each year. I am not easily tempted on a daily basis to stray from my plan so I'm not worried about it.
And yeah, the plan to gain was a joke but holy smokes it escalated quickly. 🤣🤣🤣6 -
Such an inspiring transformation! You look amazing! Congratulations!
Glad you had such a great time! Memories for a lifetime!

You have done amazing. No need to gain on a cruise, just keep very active. First cruise I ever went on I gained 7 pounds and it scared me. Now I go and can enjoy the food but keep extremely active. I come home with water weight because of all the salt they use, but it comes right off within a few days. Enjoy!0
