HELP: Need foods high in protein, low in fat and sugar

Could you guys please list any type of food that follows the specifications above? Im trying to build some muscle but having a hard time eating enough protein because some foods do have protein but also lots of fat and sugar.

Chicken breast. Eggs. Lean cuts of other meat.1

Protein powder is an easy quick fix. An omlete tastes better tho.3

Fish, leaner meats, shellfish, - more or less what everyone else said. Less because realize that there is barely any more fat in dark chicken meat (thigh or whole legs) than there is in chicken breast, it's more flavorful, significantly less prone to drying out, and it's less expensive (where I shop).1

Make custard out of protein powder by whisking into skim milk and heating slowly until thick. Perfect over oatmeal.7
