Tummy fat

Does anybody have the same problem. I have reached my goal weight 55kg 166cm but cannot get rid of the visceral fat around my tummy. I walk, do aqua aerobics twice a week and weights twice a week. I also. Try to eat clean most of the time. I would appreciate any advice.

This^ And if it's around your tummy it is not visceral fat. It is subcutaneous. Visceral fat is internal, around your organs and doesn't really show on the outside.8 -

My fat is visceral fat as shown on the DEXA I recently had, that is why I am concerned about it.1

I'm confused!
Are you saying your visceral fat reading from your DEXA scan is too high or are you saying you have a fat looking "tummy"? (Or both?)
Visceral fat is within your abdominal cavity rather than just under your skin.
Maybe giving the actual numbers and/or posting a picture or the DEXA report would help clarify what your problem is?5 -
Visceral fat is fat inside your torso, around your organs, it's not stomach fat. So when you said "tummy fat" we assumed you meant you were talking about visible stomach fat.
My understanding is exercise is the best way to prevent visceral fat. If your exercise is new, maybe it will just take more time. As @sijomial said, maybe if you provide more details you can get better answers!6 -

Well you may have visceral fat, but if there is visible fat showing on your abdomen, that is not it. Without Dexa results posted or a pic, it's impossible to say.4 -
To whoever keeps clicking the woo button on perfectly reasonable and accurate posts......
If you think that button means agreement you are mistaken - if you disagree with what several people are saying then please tell us what you think is BS or inaccurate and present your ideas for discussion.14
