    I would be tempted to weigh my food too with results like that!!!! Oh, wait a second, I already weigh my food; but have definitely not achieved this type of result!!!! :wink:

    Ha! As a woman that is naturally fairly muscular I have to say I'd need a few more days than 1-2 :D Not that I'm trying to achieve this look. But I weigh my food because I'm useless at estimating and know I'd overeat.

    You can make it clearer who you're responding to or addressing a question to if you hit the quote button before writing your comment, or including @ username (without the space, e.g., @SugaSugaNooo ) in your comment. The latter has the added benefit of sending a notice to the person you're talking to, who may not necessarily still be following that thread.
