                    Hello peeps,
I am frustrated. In October of 2016 I started my venture to lose weight. I lost about 40 lbs and it took about 15 months. I thrb slowly gained 10 of it back, although I never went “crazy” eating. Now I would like to drop 20 lbs total to get to my “dream” weight. I am active. I walk 10,000 steps 5 days a week, consistently and I practice Karate 3 days a week, consistently. I truly eat good, Whole Foods. But.... the scale isn’t moving. If it does go down, it bounces back up. HELP!

            a few questions:
- are you tracking calories in? "whole foods" is great but many of us got fat primarily on those.
- how long have you been tracking calories in? (eating well)
- is the exercise new? increased? if so muslcles may be retaining water which is hiding any loss until it flushes out.

Are you logging everything you eat and drink? Are you using a food scale for accuracy? How tall are you and what is your current weight? How many calories are you aiming for daily? How much weight do you want to lose and how quickly?1

Good, whole foods mean nothing. Have you tried accurately measuring and logging your food?0
