I've been having one of two things.
    1. Fage 2% yogurt with fruit
    2. An egg and zuchinni scramble with kale

I'm super lazy so spread peanut butter on a banana. It's very tasty and satisfying.

Lazy but with good taste! ;)

Heritage Flakes brand cereal mixed with Oikos Triple Zero yogurt or sometimes Oikos whole milk Greek yogurt. Banana creme, coconut creme and vanilla are my favorite flavors with cereal. Sometimes one egg with a buttered multi-grain English muffin.

Most days are cereal with blueberries. Some days I either fry up eggs or make a cheese omelet with an English Muffin. In winter I like oatmeal. Occasionally we eat blueberry banana pancakes or french toast.

    some of my go-to breakfasts:
    Just coffee
    Greek yogurt
Mini egg frittatas (I make a batch on the weekends and pop them in the microwave in the morning)
    Overnight oats
Steel cut oats with fruit & protein powder
Bagel thin with whipped cream cheese and lox
    Mashed avocado on toast
Blueberry pancakes (I eat mine with Greek yogurt instead of syrup)
    Scrambled eggs & veggies
    Leftovers from yesterday
    Eggs on toast
Fried egg on a sandwich slim with cheese
Protein shake with fruit, yogurt, & protein powder
Fried egg on a multigrain waffle
Fried egg and hummus on a toasted sandwich thin

Leftovers added to a slightly different main portion.

Like, curry leftovers over an egg.
Meatballs cut up and added to potatoes.

Makes for a filling and nicer meal than I'd usually make in the mornings, but with much less work.

My first meal is really lunch, but I almost always have a peanut butter and banana sandwich with coffee. So good and keeps me going for many hours.

Otherwise, I'll have leftovers from supper.

Funny that's my go to breakfast or lunch or even dinner....my favorite

What do you guys have for breakfast...need more ideas..thanks!

Im quite boring and tend to have the same thing most days. It nearly always consists of 4 ryvita topped with something. Sometimes its about 100g of houmous, others 250g of full fat cottage cheese, others a egg mayonnaise sandwich filler pot. I try to have a fair amount of calories and protein if I can as I dont tend to have lunch.

I usually have eggs, and vary the dish often. Today was with spinach, olive oil and sriracha sauce, sometimes hamburger and tomato get mixed in. Other days it might be oatmeal and honey or nothing at all until noon if I'm just not hungry. Love my eggs though.

I'm honestly more of a grab-and-go breakfast person. Lately, I've been eating a Belvita Protein or drinking an Ensure High Protein/Premier Protein Shakes.

Overnight oats are good too. I also like whole-grain eggo waffles with peanut butter on them.

I do love a hearty bowl of porridge as it tends to keep me going longer and fuller 😊

Most frequent breakfasts at the moment have been:
    - Oatmeal with egg whites cooked in, peanut butter and dried figs
    - 2% Fage Greek yogurt with peanut butter and/or nutella, granola, and dried goji berries
    - 3 ingredient pancakes (1 banana, 2 eggs, and 1 tbsp peanut butter)
    - Multigrain croissant with marmalade and a piece of fruit

Apparently, I love peanut butter. 😅

    Other breakfasts I enjoy:
    - Protein smoothies
    - Protein pancakes and muffins
    - Flax muffins, eggs, and fruit
    - Omelets with multigrain toast and fruit on the side
    - Chia pudding
    - Overnight oats
