hey everyone i have a quick question, I am working out and i can feel my biceps geting bigger but i have to flex for that to happen, what is the best way to get your biceps bigger without having to flex where you can feel them, maybe this is a stupid questions but i want to know, i can see alot of definition when i am flexing and so forth but regular you cant see anything, what gives ????

    I would think that it would just be more time. Continue working on them. I'm not a trainer or anything... but I went from no muscle definition when I flex, to having a nice, hard little rock under there when I flex.

    So if it took work and time to go from nothing flexed, to a defined muscle when flexed... that it makes sense that the only REAL answer to your question is that the muscles just need to get bigger, and the only way to get that is to continue to work on it.

    Just keep Lifting and building muscle. The more fat you lose around your arms will give them that cut look

    thats the problem i have hardly if any fat on my arms lol
