Just vegan diet and exercise. The simple way to health.

I have decided to use this site to track calories and exercise.
With regard to diet I am going to carry on with veganism. No need to follow any complex diet plan.
I do make 90% of my food from scratch and with plant based ingredients. I am going to resist going back to eating fish.
I am going to have very little alcohol.
I will jog, walk,and do pilates on u tube.
None of this is inconvenient, expensive or too time consuming.
Lets see how it goes

    I don't think the OP is trying to sell anyone on her lifestyle. I think it is just a personal manifesto.
