I start my morning at 0445hrs = 4:45am and spend roughly two hours in the gym a day. Only because I train someone else. Typically a solo workout would only be an hour. Anything more than that isn’t necessary in my opinion. It just means that there is probably too much rest time between sets. I focus on specific muscle groups and finish with cardio.2 -
