My transformation took 4 years. It took years of bodybuilding, cardio, and a firm nutrition plan. One of my greatest commitments I made to myself. Finally love my body!4

When a doctor tells you it’s close to impossible for you to lose weight because of your history and hypothyroidism but you do it anyway 😊146 -

haven’t been feeling photogenic lately but one of the things I’ve noticed from shedding hella weight is learning to play with the diet while trying to fight the urges of over eating. what I mean is that... I’ve noticed that my metabolism has been stuck going ape and shed like I’m back in my teenage years, I go to sleep knowing I’m weighing in at 167 but wake up at like 156 (which has me looking like a crackhead 😐😞😞)... beans for dinner & yogurt before bed has been a big help... sucks picking what to eat now cause I want healthy weight, not “*kitten*” weight 😐 any suggestions ??

Thanks so much...just the usual calorie counting with no exercise other than occasional walking. I have 1500 calories gross every day, with occasional diet breaks and treats as milestone rewards.6 -

It won’t happen overnight 😢 The good news is that after a few months of working out consistently 5/6 days a week (2 of cardio and rest weightlifting) I started feeling amazing! I also found out my vitamin D levels were really low and this also had a lot to do with the lack of energy! Weightlifting really made a lot of difference with the metabolism 😊 I also found a great shake (nutrient dense and natural)... if you want more info about it you can msg me.
GOOD LUCK 👍🏻You can do this!!13 -
