About a years progress. I gained more after the first pictures but I stopped keeping full body photos of myself because I didn’t like looking at them. Down about 50 pounds now and love having the confidence to take photos and wear clothes that don’t hide my body. I’m up about 4 pounds since the most recent photos because i’m giving myself an off week before I start a dance intensive monday.
You look fabulous--YAY You!13 -

Before pic taken Mar 19 and I was at 189 pounds. After pic I took 21 Jun at 178 pounds. I started my fitness journey back in late Jan at 212 pounds. I'm a dummy because I didn't take any photos before I started.

I did not restrict anything but just ate what I wanted in moderation and stuck to a daily deficit. Quite simple just not always easy to adhere to!

Today is my Ketoanniversary (July 1st)! I am happy to say that I am down from a size pants 22 to a size 6! My goal for this year was originally a size 8 then I changed it to a size 4 few months ago which I did not obtain. But today starts ANOTHER year and I'm hoping to reach this size 4 by the end of the month😉
364 days keto💪
