Going through a bit of a depression. I was so excited to see my doctor this week after 6 mos. He was happy for my weight loss, then got a call from the nurse yesterday and she said my bad cholesterol was high and I needed to start taking a med. One of my goals is to get off meds, not start a new one. Threw me for a loop and I od'd on peanut butter yesterday. Not too smart the day before weigh-in. Trying to get out of this funk with a nice walk with the pup today.6 -

I did four days of water aerobics. I definitely need to be more mindful of calorie intake. I need to journal seven days out of the week and increase exercise to five days out of the week.

I had a crazy weekend where I definitely overdid it on the snacking but I tried to be really good the rest of the week. I’m so happy that I’m starting to see some real gains in my running ability! Slow and steady and try not to let my students drive me to snacking during the last 2 weeks of the school year!5 -

I feel like my weight is starting to fluctuate a bit more, but maybe it's just because I'm mentally aware of the closeness of the BMI goal. I dipped below 163 in an artificially low post workout weigh in. Sweat weighs a ton! I want to weigh in daily but only see the 7 day average. Does anyone have a good set up? (Using Withings scale with an iOS device)3 -
