Been sick the past few days and watching my sick kiddos has thrown me off. Just trying to let my body recover and I'll get back at it.6 -
I was so ever close of achieving my goal of 155 (was 155.5 05/29/19) but had a slight slide backwards.

I feel like my weight is starting to fluctuate a bit more, but maybe it's just because I'm mentally aware of the closeness of the BMI goal. I dipped below 163 in an artificially low post workout weigh in. Sweat weighs a ton! I want to weigh in daily but only see the 7 day average. Does anyone have a good set up? (Using Withings scale with an iOS device)3 -

I'm stoked! That's two weeks in a row that I've dropped something Woot Woot! For all of you who didn't drop a pound keep your chins up and keep trying! These past couple of weeks have been hard on me and I don't know why. Just so little energy and motivation. I guess I should be looking on the bright side of things and be happy that I'm still losing, even if it is a little. Gah, I just feel frustrated at myself.
This week's goal is to work my way back up slowly into the grove again. I miss the "feeling good" feeling I had going for a while. I want to be more active.
