Hello everyone, I'm glad to be here with you! I downloaded the myfitnesspal app on my phone and discovered a whole community here online, which is great!
I'm currently hovering around 245-250lbs and my goal is to reach 199 and under... once I do, I never want to weigh over 200 pounds again!
I have created my own low-carb rules for my diet and I am mixing cardiovascular and strength training at home in my small "home gym".
I'm hoping to make alot of great friends here and meet fellow keto/low-carbers!
