1/4 cup green pepper
2 cocktail tomatoes

    I have recently upped it to 9 Tblsp. Of liquid egg white with one whole egg. Yum!!

    I’m new and learning so my question is why add tbsp liquid egg? Why not add another whole egg? Are there that many calories in a yolk?
